      DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

 

How do we diagnose your issue?  

 

We’ll use our state of the art scanning technology to retrieve your car's data.  This will include codes, data, and sensor information (good or bad).  The codes allow us to reference your car's performance issues.

With the initial tests we’ll be able to perform pinpoint testing. This involves working thru diagrams, performing tests (mechanical & electrical), as well as a visual inspection of problem areas.  From there we research “Technical Research Bulletins” to see if it is a known issue that effects a specific vehicle.  

With a full grasp of the issue, we’ll explain the details to you. Then you get to decide if you are ready to repair.  We will also pass on an estimate of cost and time to fix.  After your repair approval, our service technicians get to work.  Once the repairs are complete, we test and verify the issue has been resolved. When we know your car is at it's optimal performance, you will get the call, “You’re car is ready!”.

We do everything except major body work. We don't just work on the newer vehicles.  We love to restore older models too. We have project cars from the 40's to 80's that have been fully restored. If we can't fix it, we can direct you to the right place!
